This senior commercial role sits at the intersection of real estate, digital advertising, and data-driven sales strategy. The Director of Business Development, Listings will be responsible for driving new revenue streams through builder listings, advertising solutions, and digital products tailored to the new home industry. The role requires a strong hunter mindset, with a focus on building and closing high-value relationships with senior decision-makers. You will operate in a fast-moving, innovation-focused environment where autonomy and accountability are key. Working closely with regional sales leadership, you will help expand market presence and strengthen partnerships across assigned territories. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who thrives on pipeline ownership, client engagement, and consistent revenue growth.

Accountabilities:

• Drive new business development efforts by selling listings, advertising, and digital solutions to homebuilders and developers across an assigned territory, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through regular outreach, scheduled meetings, CRM tracking, and consistent follow-ups while meeting weekly activity targets.
• Conduct product presentations, both virtual and in-person, and deliver compelling demos of digital solutions to senior-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and data specialists to strengthen client relationships and identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, supporting brand visibility and market expansion efforts.

Requirements:

• 2–5+ years of experience in business development, outside sales, listings, or digital media services, ideally within a SaaS or advertising environment.
• Proven background selling into the residential real estate or new home construction industry, engaging with VP- and Director-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and ecosystems, including CRM platforms, CMS systems, data integrations, and lead management workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, needs analysis, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a strong hunter mentality and results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools, along with adaptability to new technologies and fast-changing environments.
