Make a meaningful impact working with students through a full-time, on-site role as a Speech-Language Pathologist in vibrant learning environments near Ruskin, FL. This contract position provides the opportunity to serve across two supportive schools, beginning as soon as possible, and continuing through the school year’s end.

You’ll collaborate in dynamic educational settings alongside enthusiastic professionals—including a seasoned SLP and a skilled SLPA—all while helping students develop essential communication and social skills. Each school offers a unique but equally rewarding caseload, spanning early childhood, elementary, and specialized programs such as low cognitive and behavioral units.

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Active Florida SLP license required
• Previous experience in a school setting or pediatric population strongly preferred
• Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs
• Comfort working with a variety of students, including those in intensive, ASD, integrated, and behavioral PreK classes
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Commitment to on-site presence

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to a diverse caseload (approx. 50-95 students per location)
• Carry out consultative services for additional students as required
• Manage therapy planning, implementation, and data tracking for students with varied needs
• Collaborate closely with school staff, administration, and families
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reviews
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all learners
