For more than 43 years, Associa has brought positive impact and meaningful value to communities.Job DescriptionDuties include but are not limited to:Maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization.Maintain general ledger as needed.Analyze financial data in order to prepare financial reports.Generate and interpret financial records and statements for management.Other duties as assigned.Pay Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year.Requirements* Knowledge of general ledger accounting. *Knowledge of an Accounting Shared Services Center environment. *Evaluate, analyze, and prioritize data in various forms and formats. *Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures (US GAAP). *Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level. *Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level. *Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.). *Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player. *Time management and time critical prioritization skills.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
