Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health concerns and clinical diagnoses, crafting comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health issues, employing swift and effective strategies to promote stabilization.

• Document and maintain accurate, confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals to develop comprehensive treatment strategies and case management approaches.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, available treatment options, and community resources; serve as an advocate for their rights and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base at Place of Grace, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• Must be a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) with a current, valid license to practice in California.

• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required. A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling or a related area is preferred.

• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills to effectively identify and address a range of mental health concerns.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, with opportunities for a sign-on bonus.
