Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate accounts payable and vendor records while processing invoices and subcontractor payment applications. Manage and track subcontractor insurance certificates, ensuring compliance with subcontract requirements and policy expiration timelines. Ensure AP documentation is processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with lien law and internal controls. Maintain strict confidentiality and security over the company’s AP and vendor records. Monitor lien status and communicate with management regarding past‑due accounts to protect lien rights. Qualifications High school diploma with accounting coursework; 2‑5 years of hands‑on accounts payable experience. Strong working knowledge of AIA documentation and lien law (required).
