Administrative Assistant - Accounts Receivable Specialist

Join a rapidly expanding, highly rated equipment service company in Orlando, FL. This full-time position offers $16–$22/hr, based on experience, plus commission for balances collected on invoices 90+ days past due!

We're looking for a detail-driven, self-motivated Administrative Assistant – Accounts Receivable Specialist to join us in our Orlando, FL office, full-time, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.

Core Responsibilities:

This role blends accounts receivable excellence with office administrative support-perfect for someone who thrives wearing multiple hats.

Accounts Receivable:

  • Complete high-volume outbound collection calls and emails daily
  • Communicate with customers professionally and confidently about open invoices
  • Maintain and update customer account status across multiple systems
  • Monitor and reconcile client accounts in a timely manner
  • Process credit card and E-check payments
  • Collaborate openly with your team to improve departmental processes
  • Manage tasks assigned through the shared inbox

Administrative Assistant Duties:

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Create estimates for service calls

Preferred:

  • 5+ years of relative experience
