Administrative Operations Manager

Full-time

ACUI is looking for a dynamic and tech-forward professional to join our team as the Administrative Operations Manager. This individual oversees daily operational frameworks to enhance staff productivity, drives workplace efficiencies, and serves as a key pillar of support across the Central Office. As our operations continuously evolve, this individual will bridge the gap between emerging workflow strategies and staff execution—particularly focusing on the practical application of artificial intelligence (AI) tools, prompt engineering techniques, and workflow automations to elevate organizational performance.

  • Creating and optimizing administrative systems and processes to help central office staff succeed in their everyday roles.
  • Leading interactive staff learning sessions, tool demonstrations, and facilitated discussions regarding technological adoption and workflow efficiency strategies.
  • Translating complex operational and technical concepts into practical, immediately useful workplace applications.
  • Collaborating closely with the CEO, Management Team, and full ACUI staff to ensure cross-departmental coordination and seamless operational execution.
  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics.
  • Engaging members through social media.
