The Role We are urgently hiring a Customer Service focused Appointment Setter to speak with homeowners and schedule free roof inspections. You are setting appointments. You are creating qualified opportunities. This is a door-to-door, field-based position where strong customer service skills, communication and professionalism are key. People who succeed in this role often come from backgrounds such as: Customer service representative Retail associate Receptionist or front desk staff Administrative assistant Restaurant server or bartender Warehouse associate or forklift operator Hospitality or hotel staff These backgrounds translate well because the role requires customer interaction, reliability, communication skills, and strong work ethic.
