Location: 100 Nagog Park, Acton, MA 01720

• C Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM — $26.40/hr
• D Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM — $30.00/hr

Job Summary

• We are seeking an Associate Manufacturing Technician to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced automated manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced medical device production environment.
• The technician will be trained across technologies including robotics, laser welding, heat staking, mechanical swaging, PCB handling/testing, metal stamping and bending, medical packaging, and high-speed component assembly.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and perform basic preventative maintenance on automated equipment.
• Clear machine faults and stoppages and maintain raw material feeds.
• Use HMIs to monitor and adjust equipment processes.
• Perform inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and routine equipment maintenance.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measurement tools to verify product tolerances.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues and support root-cause investigations.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and inventory records using computer systems.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, safety requirements, and cleanroom standards.
• Work independently and collaboratively with production and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with highly automated equipment, HMIs, robotics, or discrete assembly.
• Medical device manufacturing and/or cleanroom experience.
• Experience with laser welding, heat staking, ultrasonic welding, or similar manufacturing technologies.
• Familiarity with precision measurement tools and equipment troubleshooting.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand for approximately 75% of the shift, walk frequently, reach above shoulder level, push/pull equipment or materials, and lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
