Microsoft Dynamics Developer

Package SpecialistIS3 is seeking a highly skilled Package Specialist. Responsibilities include developing plugins, custom workflows, API integrations and Power Apps. Tasks include manage, deploy, and migrate Dynamics-365 solutions while ensuring system scalability and performance. The Developer will be responsible for development of Dynamics 365 based CSMS for enhancements and defect fixes among other things. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that meet business requirements.• Solution Development: Configure and customize Dynamics 365, including creating custom entities, forms, views, and business process flows.• Technical Implementation: Develop server-side code (C# plugins) and client-side scripts (JavaScript/TypeScript) to extend functionality.• Integration & Power Platform: Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems using Dataverse, APIs, and Azure Logic Apps; build apps using Power Automate.• Data Management: Design, develop, and test data migration and integration strategies.• Support & Testing: Conduct code reviews, unit testing and debugging of complex issues• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.• Ensure compliance with best practices for security, performance, and maintainability in all deliverables.• Provide technical guidance when required.Mandatory Skills/Experience Note: Candidates who do not have mandatory skills will not be considered.• Experience: 8+ years of experience developing and customizing enterprise-scale solutions.• 3-8 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM.• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of C#,.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.• Dynamics 365 Expertise: Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Dataverse.• Telephony Experience: Experience with Booker and Schuter/CISCO/Omnichannel is highly desirable• Tools: Experience with Source Control (Git/Azure DevOps) and ALM practices.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.• Strong interpersonal skills.Desirable Skills/Experience:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.• Experience with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).• Knowledge of Azure services and integration with Microsoft Business Applications.• Familiarity with security best practices for web applications.• Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
