Social Media Manager

Senior Specialist, Global Performance Marketing Hybrid | Media & Publishing Company We are seeking a Senior Specialist with strong paid media and performance marketing experience to support global acquisition campaigns for a leading media and publishing company. This role combines hands-on campaign management, data analysis, reporting, and social media strategy. Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and optimize paid social and acquisition campaigns
- Develop social media strategies and media plans aligned with performance KPIs
- Analyze campaign, audience, and subscription funnel performance
- Create campaign reports and provide actionable optimization recommendations
- Support global campaigns across multiple markets
- Manage reporting across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, Bing, and other paid media platforms
- Use A/B testing and campaign insights to improve performance
- 2-5 years of paid social or performance marketing experience
- Hands-on experience managing paid media and digital acquisition campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Meta, Google, TikTok, and other self-service advertising platforms
- Understanding of marketing KPIs, web analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
