Quality Control Manager

life insurance, paid time off, long term disability, 401(k), retirement plan Builds and runs a proactive, statewide Quality Control (QC) Program spanning Facilities Engineering O&M, Custodial, and Construction service lines, focused on preventing - not just catching - non-compliance. Key Responsibilities Establishes a systematic inspection schedule across all functional areas to verify service delivery standards. Builds and administers a non-conformance process: documents deficiencies, determines root cause, and tracks corrective action to closure. Maintains QC activity records, inspection results, and corrective actions within the National Computerized Maintenance Management System (NCMMS) to support data integrity and GSA transparency requirements. Analyzes QC data and performance trends to drive continuous operational improvement. Supports development and tracking of the contract's Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs), including service call response, maintenance completion, and utility performance metrics. Required Qualifications 5+ years of quality control/quality assurance experience in facilities, construction, or building operations. Experience building formal QC/QA programs for multi-site operations. Strong data management and reporting skills. Ability to obtain HSPD-12 clearance. Preferred Qualifications Experience with GSA quality assurance surveillance plans (QASP) or CPARS reporting. Six Sigma or related quality certification.
