Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities: · Provide sales channel and customer support activities while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

· Manage demo, loaner, and rental equipment inventory, including logistics, tracking, and coordination

· Deliver technical support to customers, sales teams, and cross-functional departments regarding Vision Research products

· Support aftermarket sales opportunities, proactive customer outreach campaigns, and service initiatives

Requirements: · Minimum 3 years of customer service or customer support experience supporting technical products and end users

· Proficiency with Service Cloud, ERP systems, and computer-based inventory management tools

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally manage customer expectations

· Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills in a fast-paced environment

Perks: · Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $27.00 per hour
