Our client, a leading financial services firm in downtown Boston, seeks an experienced IT Desktop Support Analyst to serve as a first level of end-user technology support across multiple global locations, including remote users. The role suits a customer-focused IT professional who operates well in a fast-paced, high-touch corporate environment and supports a diverse user base, including senior executives.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $30.00 to $35.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

Serve as an IT support resource for employees across global offices and remote locations.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows PCs, Apple devices, Microsoft Office applications, and other enterprise technologies.
Support executive leadership and C-level stakeholders with professionalism and responsiveness.
Escalate complex issues when necessary and ensure timely resolution of support requests.
Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Collaborate with global IT teams to provide seamless support across multiple time zones.

Experience Requirements:

3-5+ years of hands-on desktop or technical support experience in an enterprise environment.
Strong experience supporting Windows-based PCs and laptops.
Experience supporting Apple technologies, including macOS devices and iPhones.
Proficiency supporting Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Experience supporting users at all organizational levels, including executives and senior leadership.
Preferred: Experience in financial services, asset management, insurance, legal, or similar corporate environments.
Preferred: Experience supporting global users in a follow-the-sun model and working in a fast-paced, high-touch support environment.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
