Описание Tribe - HR-агентство полного цикла, предоставляющее услуги по подбору персонала, релокации и онбордингу, а также реализующее программы корпоративного развития, оценку сотрудников, аналитические исследования и организацию мероприятий. Мы ищем в команду Talent Sourcer, который поможет находить лучших кандидатов для наших международных клиентов. Задачи Искать кандидатов из различных источников: HH, LinkedIn, Хабр, GitHub, специализированные Telegram-чаты и другие. Размещать вакансии на работных сайтах, в группах и каналах. Проводить холодный поиск кандидатов и использовать новые каналы подбора. Проводить первичные скрининги. Анализировать результаты поиска, создавать воронки кандидатов и готовить отчёты. Вести и актуализировать базу кандидатов в CRM-системе Huntflow. Требования Опыт работы в роли сорсера или рекрутера Умение составлять Boolean и X-Ray запросы для эффективного поиска. Знание и опыт работы с работными площадками: Linkedin, Habr Career, HH, GitHub, Telegram-чаты. Навыки размещения вакансий и обработки откликов. Опыт в холодном поиске и executive search. Ответственность, системность и последовательность в работе.
