Chief Information Officer - Community Credit Union of Florida

Community Credit Union of Florida is seeking a Chief Information Officer to lead technology strategy and digital transformation, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational reliability. Responsibilities Lead the organization’s technology strategy, operations, and digital transformation efforts in alignment with mission and business goals. Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, and the Project Management Office. Ensure regulatory compliance and system reliability. Advise leadership and Board on technology initiatives. Manage vendor relationships and budget, driving modernization initiatives. Support enterprise-wide projects that enhance member experience and operational efficiency. Play a key role in risk management, governance, and cross‑department collaboration. Promote organizational growth while maintaining strong community and stakeholder relationships. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 10+ years of IT leadership in financial services.
