Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to a caseload of assigned clients, conducting individualized assessments and both individual and group therapy based on evidence-based practices.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans, ensuring clients have access to a comprehensive array of services, including behavioral health support, substance use treatment, and community resources.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, utilizing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic approaches to support clients during critical moments.

• Maintain professional standards by adhering to ethical guidelines and organizational codes of conduct, ensuring a safe and trusting environment for clients.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and refine treatment approaches collaboratively.

• Conduct brief, developmentally appropriate screenings to identify client needs and determine the appropriate level of care.

• Document all assessments, sessions, and interventions in a timely manner, utilizing the organization’s electronic health record system to enhance care continuity.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Kansas License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
