COMMERCIAL HVAC LEAD INSTALLER

Air Experts LLC is hiring two experienced Commercial HVAC Lead Installers for full-time work in the Las Vegas area.
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial HVAC installation crews
• Read mechanical plans and coordinate field installation
• Lay out and install rectangular, spiral, and flexible duct systems
• Install RTUs, VAV boxes, exhaust fans, grilles, registers, and diffusers
• Take accurate field measurements and fabricate offsets and transitions
• Coordinate with the project manager, general contractor, and other trades
• Maintain production schedules and quality standards
• Enforce jobsite safety and keep the work area organized
• Track materials and communicate project needs before they delay production

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of commercial HVAC or sheet-metal installation experience preferred
• Previous lead installer experience
• Ability to independently read and work from mechanical plans
• Strong knowledge of commercial duct installation and equipment setting
• Ability to lay out work and direct installers and helpers
• Experience operating scissor lifts and other jobsite equipment
• Must have standard hand tools and reliable transportation
• Must be dependable and able to work well with project managers and other trades
