Executive Management Services, Inc. (EMS) is a nationwide building service contractor specializing in janitorial services. As an Executive Management Services Business Development Representative, you will build and develop new clients as well as expand the services and relationships of existing ones. We will assist and train you in all aspects of our business so that we can ensure that you are providing the most knowledgeable information to our existing and potential clients. This position will be based out of the Tempe, Arizona branch office and will report to the VP of Sales to develop the territory. The territory will span the state of Arizona, and could grow with tenure. The position is free to office at home a large amount of the time.  This is strictly a sales position and does not require account management (post sale) or cleaning duties.

• Experience in sales or client service environment preferred.
• Highly effective communication skills - oral, written, and group.
• Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment.
• Basic office technology knowledge, including Windows, MS Office (Excel), Outlook, and Smartphones.
• Ability to prospect for clients with multiple methods such as in-car canvassing, telephone, email and internet/social media.
• Ability to learn and use Linkedin Navigator, Zoominfo, and Salesforce for lead generation and prospecting.
• Understanding that the position is not strictly "8 am-5 pm".
