Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Thoroughly review and analyze intake notes, initial self-report questionnaires, sleep diaries, and other relevant documentation to inform treatment plans.

• Assess and document patient progress, updating e-medical records to maintain accurate clinical information.

• Engage in regular communication with patients to address clinical concerns, provide updates, and manage administrative tasks smoothly.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care and continuity of treatment.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the ongoing development of therapeutic services within the clinic.

This role predominantly focuses on adults seeking assistance with insomnia and other sleep-related disorders. As an LMFT at Fresh Start, you will play an essential role in guiding clients through challenges associated with sleep disruptions, which can significantly impact their mental and emotional well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted LMFT license to practice in the state of California.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working directly with patients suffering from insomnia or sleep-related issues.

• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of word processing, email, spreadsheets, and electronic medical record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
