Must be available and work Central Time Zone business hours (8:00 AM 5:00 PM CT). Full-time dedication during core business hours is required.
Job Description:

• Responsible for the successful initiation planning development administration risk management implementation control and closure of large-sized projects across multiple business units.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and utilize project management methodologies and processes for project delivery to achieve scope schedule and cost objectives while effectively managing risks.
• Determine specific business needs and deliverables of a project establish and manage costs resources performance measurements timeline and project deliverables.
• Manage applicable project contracts in conjunction with sourcing personnel including preparing RFPs evaluating responses participating in negotiations interpreting contract language and handling finances.
• Develop and execute communication and stakeholder management plans related to projects.
• Ensure training needs are met for project team members and users of the project.
• Ensure operational teams are properly trained work orders are closed finance charges are handled and a smooth transition of deliverables occurs upon project completion.
• Provide support and mentorship in organizational change management methodology within the context of program and project management.

Experience:

• Minimum of five (5) years of IT/Technology Project Management experience required. Prefer a candidate with ten (10) years of experience.

Skillsets :

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex large-scale high-dollar multi-year software technology projects.
• Ability to identify plan coordinate and drive work across multiple IT teams vendors and business stakeholders.
• Strong risk issue dependency and escalation management skills.
• Experience managing third-party vendors consulting partners system integrators and contract resources.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project expected.

Education :

• Bachelors Degree Preferred
