Join Millennium Print Group as a Fulfillment Team Lead! We're looking for an experienced Fulfillment Team Lead to join our team in Mebane, NC. Location: Mebane, NC Schedule: 7pm-7am on a 2-2-3-2 rotation shift Pay & Benefits: Competitive compensation plus comprehensive benefits package

What You'll Do

• Lead and support daily fulfillment operations.
• Mentor, train, and onboard team members.
• Ensure products and materials are received and shipped accurately and on time.
• Monitor workflow and escalate operational issues when necessary.
• Partner with leadership to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Support scheduling, reporting, attendance tracking, and administrative activities.
• Promote a safe and organized work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and ISO requirements.

What You'll Bring

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• Previous experience within MPG preferred.
• Prior experience as a Lead or informal leader is highly desirable.
• Forklift experience required at least 2-3 years
• 3 years of previous experience as a Lead or team leader preferred.
• Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment is a plus.

• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and electronic systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
