Associate, Specialized IT Support Technician (Executive)

Role Overview The Associate, Specialized IT Support Technician (Executive) will provide Helpdesk tier I-III support for LA28 employees while proactively maintaining the organization’s computer hardware, software, telephone, and AV systems. This role will be responsible for executing project tasks, plans, and tasks as assigned as part of the IT team. What You Will Do Developing and maintaining formal helpdesk operating procedures Providing independent support Responding to critical outages Providing remote support to end-users Managing the repair of laptops, desktops, and other hardware, software, and AV Implementing methodologies to improve first call resolution Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience providing Helpdesk tier I-III support, Microsoft or equivalent IT certifications, and a strong working knowledge of ServiceNow for incident and problem management. The candidate should also have technical knowledge of Identity Management, Office 365, Cloud Based Phone Systems, and experience with enterprise mobility management and mobile device management.
