Job Details

Provide strategic leadership and direction for all nursing operations and patient care services
Ensure delivery of high-quality, safe, and evidence-based patient care
Lead nursing staff development, engagement, retention, and succession planning efforts
Maintain compliance with Joint Commission standards and regulatory requirements
Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute organizational goals and clinical initiatives
Monitor nursing quality metrics, patient outcomes, and operational performance
Oversee budget management, staffing plans, and resource allocation for nursing services
Direct and support Nurse Managers, Nurse Supervisors, and clinical department leaders
Foster interdisciplinary collaboration across departments
Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction efforts
Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of nursing leaders and staff
Prepare the organization for accreditation surveys and regulatory inspections
