North End Roving Sr. Leasing Professional - WA Flex Team

Job Summary The Western Washington Flex Team is recruiting an experienced Senior Leasing Professional to support residential communities across the North region of Western Washington, including Everett, Lynnwood, Mukilteo, Bothell, Shoreline, Lake City, Ballard, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, and Downtown Seattle. Job Responsibilities Conduct all sales and leasing activities to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit screening, background checks, preparing leases, and ensuring smooth move‑in and lease signing. Inspect apartments prior to move‑in to confirm move‑in ready condition and coordinate any outstanding maintenance items with the maintenance team. Stay informed about market and competitor conditions; develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and follow community policies on concessions and specials. Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing (Craigslist, Facebook, e‑mail, etc.). Use onsite property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track apartment availability, record traffic and leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and capture critical demographic information. Maintain show unit quality by inspecting the marketing corridor, communicating maintenance needs, merchandising, and ensuring a physically appealing show unit and amenities. Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction through e‑mail, thank‑you notes, cards, or phone contact. Support the lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and packages, meeting with renewing residents, and ensuring renewal documents are signed and implemented on time. Respond promptly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns, taking action to solve problems and documenting requests as needed. Required Licenses and Certifications All licenses and/or certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions. Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property. Compensation Hourly rate: $25.00 – $28.00. Base employees may be eligible for quarterly or annual bonuses; onsite employees may receive weekly, monthly, or quarterly bonus programs.
