Bilingual Immigration Paralegal

As a Bilingual Immigration Paralegal, you will provide high-level support for complex employment-based immigration matters within a cloud-based legal environment. You will prepare and manage a variety of U.S. immigration petitions, ensuring filings are accurate, complete, and submitted on schedule. The role combines detailed legal case preparation with direct client communication in both English and Spanish. You will help manage documentation, respond to government requests, track deadlines, and maintain well-organized digital case files. Working across multiple case types, you will contribute to successful outcomes for clients navigating significant immigration processes. You will also collaborate with legal professionals and leverage digital case-management and productivity tools to maintain efficient workflows.
