Position Overview Renewed Purpose Social Services is seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in San Tan Valley, Arizona. Work Environment This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while still fostering collaboration with a multidisciplinary team based in our community health clinic. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead dynamic and engaging group therapy sessions that encourage sharing, connection, and peer support among participants. Conduct Individual Therapy: Provide compassionate one-on-one counseling sessions, empowering clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors while developing personalized coping strategies. Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and needs, ensuring a client-centered approach to mental health care. Monitor Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to evaluate client progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly. Collaborate with Team Members: Regularly communicate with multidisciplinary teams, coordinating care for complex cases and ensuring integrated support for clients. Patient Population / Client Focus Your focus will be on young adults (ages 18-30) facing mental health issues. You will work primarily in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) designed for individuals in need of intensive support. Your role will empower clients to overcome obstacles, sustain their recovery, and unlock their potential within a safe, supportive environment. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Current LPC licensure in the state of Arizona. Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices. Ability to build rapport and demonstrate empathy toward clients. Preferred Experience Experience working with young adults in mental health settings is preferred. Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and holistic treatment methodologies. Experience in group therapy facilitation and treatment planning. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
