Job Summary

The receptionist reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Duties include answering phone, routing calls, taking messages, checking in visitors. Keep a running inventory of office supplies, fill request for office supplies by department, prepare purchase order and order office supplies. Maintain face sheet/picture book, check consumers in and out daily. 

Job Duties

Answer phone, route calls, take messages

Check in all visitors

Inventory/order office and classroom supplies

Generate purchase order requests to Executive Director for approval

Maintain/update face sheet/picture book

Check consumers in and out daily

Distribute mail, Open if necessary

Review conference packet uploads, update and close Communication Note

Follow-up Contact Form for Discharge Clients

Reminder phone call for all EIDT conferences, update calendar Communication Note

Keep Recall Binder up to date

Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally

Knowledge of general computer skills

Ability to work independently
