About the Role:

• Setting: 100% Remote Consults for IP/ER/ED
• Compensation: W2 - $175/hr - robust pay structure (productivity-based to maximize earnings)
• 1099 options are available at $185 an hour
• Patient Population: All ages (5+ in ER settings preferred)
• Schedule: 13-16 shifts per monthweekends required but now only 1-2 shifts/month
• NP Supervision: Collaborate with highly trained Iris PMHNP

At Iris Telehealth, youll deliver impactful care to underserved communities, working with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to transforming mental health care - one patient at a time.

Qualifications:

• Active medical license, TX license or GA required and/or IMLC Letter of Qualification is a plus.
• Completion of a 4-year ACGME Residency Program in Psychiatry, open to considering extremely experienced PMHNPs
• Board Certification Required
• At least 2 years of post-residency consult-liaison experience.
• Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 5+ for ED/ER consults
• Comfortable working with multiple health systems and varying acuity levels
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
