Medical Administrative & Patient Care Specialist

On The Job Staffing is a healthcare staffing firm, we specialize in placing talented healthcare professionals such as RN’s, LPN’s and Medical Assistants in highly sought-after positions for our top clients. We are here to help you with your career journey and development. Job Description Patients should be interviewed and their basic medical history should be documented. Appointments should be organized and scheduled. Medical records and insurance reports should be updated and filed on a regular basis. Make arrangements for hospital admissions and laboratory services. Check in with patients and create patient charts Help with medical examinations Create and distribute memos, letters, faxes, and forms for correspondence. Accounts receivable and payable are handled, and financial records are kept. Prepare and clean treatment rooms as well as medical instruments. Qualifications At least 2 years working experience as a Medical Assistant or Medical Secretary is required.
