To support a growing portfolio, the full-time Associate Director of Project Delivery will lead project execution, manage client relationships, and drive operational excellence in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Expertly lead all aspects of project delivery from scoping to execution and lessons learned Manage a portfolio of accounts, acting as a delivery lead and overseeing the Project Management department Drive cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and enhance agency workflows Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred 7+ years of project management experience within a healthcare agency environment Detailed knowledge of pharmaceutical brand marketing, including digital and traditional campaigns Expert skill level with MS Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) Strong experience with project methodologies, including agile, hybrid, and waterfall
