Responsibilities
- Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.

- Utilize critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in care planning and delivery.
- Document patient status and respond to changes in condition in a timely, accurate manner when applicable in the CVICU setting.

- Availability to work night shifts on a 12-hour schedule (3x per week)
- Ability to function in a high-acuity CVICU environment with complex patient needs
- Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and independent decision-making
- Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in a critical care or cardiovascular intensive care setting preferred
