Sr. Desktop Support Specialist (Contract)
$36 - $45 per hourLedgent Technology
Overview Must be local to San Diego and sit 100% onsite in Poway. C2C candidates will not be considered. This is an ongoing contract with no fixed end date. Target pay is $36-$45 per hour. Responsibilities The role requires hitting the ground running with a strong technical foundation and the ability to support the client environment with minimal ramp-up time. Requirements Strong technical foundation in Microsoft operating systems (desktop and server), Microsoft 365, and LAN technologies. Solid experience troubleshooting core networking services such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. Understanding of network switches and VLANs.
