Job Description iConcept Media Group is a full service lifestyle and fashion marketing, communications and a multimedia publishing company, looking for Entry/Fashion Editorial Assistant coordinator. The Editorial Coordinator is required to work with several editors in different subject areas. The position combines the responsibilities typical of an assistant position, you are responsible for assisting in the development and execution of a clearly defined Web content marketing plan for association digital properties, including website and blog. The position is responsible for implementing the plan, evaluating and contributing to Web content in an effort to achieve the association's marketing, branding and messaging objectives. Responsibilities Writ and produce content daily Reviewing and top editing content Handling features, dedicated emails, social media, and co-branded collateral Ensuring copy is well-written, on-brand, grammatically correct, and logically structured Fact-checking all content Helping evolve and uphold best practices and standards for branded content across fashion, beauty, wellness, living, and entertainment Required Skills Must excel at online research, possess excellent writing skills and have the ability to create editorial content at a moment’s notice. Must excel at writing on a variety of topics and specifically for a Web audience (writing samples will be requested). Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Very strong organizational, issue-resolution, and decision-making skills Sound judgment and discretion (need to handle confidential material) Impeccable speaking ability and strong writing skills Internship Details In order to be considered, please submit your cover letter and resume.
