Administrative

Our client is seeking an administrative professional to join their team to support coverage for two weeks. As an Administrative, you will be part of supporting daily operational tasks and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Rochester, NY

Pay Range: $17.50

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

  • Perform routine medical laboratory tests for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
  • Work under the supervision of a medical technologist to ensure accurate test processing.
  • Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research and preparing statistical reports.
  • Prepare correspondence and greet visitors in a professional manner.
  • Arrange conference calls and schedule meetings to facilitate smooth operations.

  • No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic proficiency with office software and administrative tools.
