Position Summary

Preferred Business Systems is seeking a driven, fearless, and highly motivated hunter type Sales Executive to sell copiers and Managed Print Services (MPS) under recurring service contracts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on generating new business, excels at cold outreach, and can confidently manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.

The ideal candidate brings proven sales success, preferably in MPS or another recurring revenue environment, and is comfortable engaging decision makers at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold call, and generate new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Conduct discovery meetings, needs assessments, and solution presentations with business owners and senior decision makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline with consistent activity and accurate forecasting.
• Develop tailored copier and MPS solutions that drive longterm recurring revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for hardware, service contracts, and MRR.
• Maintain detailed CRM records and follow a disciplined sales process.

Requirements:

 

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in MPS, office technology, IT services, telecom, or other MRR based industries.
• Demonstrated track record as a hunter with consistent quota achievement.
• Strong cold calling skills and comfort initiating conversations with new prospects.
• Experience presenting to and negotiating with senior executives and business owners.
• Ability to manage both short and long sales cycles independently.
• Self motivated, disciplined, and driven to exceed goals without daily supervision.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Experience

• Copier sales or Managed Print Services background.
• Familiarity with recurring revenue models and solution based selling.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.

Compensation & Benefits

• $45,000 base salary-OTE $120,000
• Uncapped commission plan
• Performance based bonus plan
