Senior Tax Accountant Position Summary : The Senior Tax Accountant is responsible for supporting domestic and international tax compliance, tax provision activities, and tax-related reporting requirements. This role plays a key part in preparing and reviewing tax filings, supporting ASC 740 calculations, assisting with audits, and contributing to process improvements and tax technology initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to expand their expertise in corporate taxation. Key Responsibilities Prepare international tax compliance filings, including Forms 5471 and 8858. Prepare federal and state income tax returns and supporting workpapers. Support income tax provision activities, including ASC 740 calculations and related documentation. Compute earnings and profits, tested income, and other tax calculations in accordance with federal tax regulations. Prepare and reconcile book-to-tax adjustments and deferred tax schedules. Assist with return-to-provision calculations and tax reporting processes. Support responses to tax audits, notices, and regulatory inquiries. Participate in tax planning and special projects as assigned. Assist with the implementation and optimization of tax technology and automation solutions. Maintain accurate tax records and documentation to support compliance requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. CPA and/or Master's in Taxation (MST) preferred. 3+ years of tax experience; international tax compliance experience preferred. Knowledge of federal, state, and international tax concepts and regulations. Experience with tax preparation software and tax research tools. Familiarity with ASC 740 and income tax provision processes preferred. Strong accounting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other financial technology tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
