As a member of our outpatient office staff, you will collaborate with other mental health professionals and administrative support to create a supportive and effective therapeutic environment. You will utilize secure telemedicine platforms to conduct therapy sessions, while also having the option for in-person meetings as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess clients' mental health needs through interviews and diagnostic tools, focusing on their unique circumstances and symptoms.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based therapies and strategies that align with each client’s goals.

• Lead therapy sessions in a range of settings, including individual, couples, family, and group formats.
\n
• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Conduct age-appropriate assessments and deliver interventions that are tailored to children, adolescents, and adults.

• Facilitate parent support groups, offering guidance and support for families, especially regarding the challenges associated with prenatally substance-exposed children.

In your role as a therapist, you will engage with a diverse patient population that includes children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a broad spectrum of emotional and psychological issues. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active state license to practice therapy in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy in individual or family settings is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
