Manage and nurture a portfolio of insurance clients by providing personalized coverage assessments.

Identify gaps in coverage and proactively suggest solutions that bring peace of mind to our policyholders.

Review existing policies during renewal periods to ensure they remain relevant to the client's changing life circumstances.

Engage with the local Roanoke community to build trust and increase agency visibility.

Collaborate with our internal support staff to ensure every policy transaction is handled with precision and care.

Continuously study industry shifts to provide expert, up-to-date advice to our clients.

Virginia Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.

In-depth understanding of policy underwriting and risk assessment.

Clear, empathetic communication skills when speaking with clients.

Experience using agency management systems to track and manage client portfolios.

An entrepreneurial spirit and the motivation to build long-lasting community connections.
