IT Support Engineer Level 2 (MSP)

We're seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer Level 2 to join a growing Managed Services Provider supporting small and mid-sized businesses across cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security environments. What You'll Do Provide Tier 2 support for MSP clients Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, cloud, and security issues Support Azure, AWS, Active Directory, Group Policy, and virtualization platforms Configure and maintain firewalls, switches, wireless networks, and VLANs Assist with migrations, upgrades, deployments, and infrastructure projects Document client environments and technical solutions What We're Looking For 4+ years of MSP experience Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and virtualization technologies Strong troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, MS-102, MD-102) are a plus Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance IRA with 3% company match PTO and Paid Holidays Performance bonuses and incentives Certification reimbursement and training opportunities Clear path for career growth and advancement Apply today if you're looking to grow your technical skills, work with diverse technologies, and advance your career in the MSP industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr Landshark Recruiting
