Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Must be at least 18 years old to meet company driving requirements. Strong people skills with an outgoing, confident, and friendly approach. Self‑motivated, dependable, and goal‑oriented with the ability to work independently. Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and digital tools to track activity and manage leads. Able to walk 3–5 miles per day and work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
