We rely on skilled machinists who can command Mazak Integrex and Variaxis 5-axis centers, translate complex drawings into reality, and keep production flowing with accuracy and speed.

Your mission

• Own complete setups on Mazak 5-axis equipment for medical-grade parts
• Translate blueprints and GD&T into a reliable machining strategy
• Validate first articles and in-process dimensions using precision metrology
• Apply tool/wear offsets, change tools, and confirm lengths/locations
• Load and verify CNC programs to support efficient changeovers
• Guard surface finish quality and detect/resolve defects early
• Perform routine maintenance to sustain machine capability
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions
• Partner with programming, engineering, and quality to drive continuous improvement
• Machine a range of materials: aluminum, stainless, titanium, cobalt chrome, and specialty plastics

What sets you up for success

• Minimum 3 years of 5-axis CNC experience on Mazak platforms
• Track record of independent setups using setup sheets and process documentation
• Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and indicators
• Command of blueprint interpretation and tight-tolerance machining
• Experience with Integrex and/or Variaxis; Mazatrol familiarity preferred
• Skilled in safe tool changes and on-the-fly machine adjustments
