Location: St. Cloud, MN
Compensation: $21.63-$26.44 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday | Business Hours

• Support recruiting efforts by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding qualified candidates
• Lead new hire orientation and onboarding to create a positive employee experience
• Manage employee leave requests, including FMLA, short-term disability, and leaves of absence
• Handle employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and maintain accurate documentation
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data, including new hire setup and employee updates
• Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, HSA enrollment, and EAP programs
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, company communications, and culture-building activities

What You Need to Bring to the Human Resources Generalist Role:

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or related HR role preferred
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and employee relations processes
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
