Office Manager
Leading Permian Basin oil & gas service provider seeking an office manager to join their team. Responsibilities include implementing human resources and accounting processes, process payroll (50+ employees), oversee AP and AR, responsible for creating and maintaining personnel files, manage DOT records and vehicle maintenance logs, completing invoicing in Ariba and OpenInvoice, and using QuickBooks Online.
