Immediate Hiring For Assembler - 2nd Shift - $22/HourWe are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler to join our production team. The role involves the assembly, labeling, and packaging of medical cables, ensuring high-quality output and compliance with all safety regulations. 2nd shift from 1:30 PM to 10 PM in a manufacturing and assembly line setting.ResponsibilitiesPerform basic manufacturing, assembly, and labeling of cables.Engage in packaging and in-process testing.Operate basic hand tools and assigned production/manufacturing equipment.Work in a bench-top assembly environment using various manufacturing equipment for prepping, stripping, tinning, crimping, and soldering of medical cables.Accurately record process documentation.Interpret, read, and follow all work instructions and engineering drawings.Comply with all safety requirements, including manufacturing practices and procedures, standard operating procedures, and manufacturing documentation.Utilize basic measurement skills with hand tools and electronic equipment such as rulers, scales, micrometers, and calipers.Essential SkillsExperience in assembly and soldering.Operator and assembler skills with the ability to use microscopes.Proficiency in using hand tools and production equipment.Soldering experience, especially within the medical device industry.Basic computer skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications3 to 6 months of minimum experience (2 to 3 years preferred for higher pay range).Why Work Here?Join a dynamic team that values precision and quality in manufacturing.
