Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities as an LCSW may include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on established best practices.

• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide individualized psychotherapy sessions that align with each client's unique circumstances.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation to comply with HIPAA standards and to facilitate seamless communication among the treatment team.

• Working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care, participating actively in the treatment team discussions and case reviews.

• Engaging in the continuous professional development process by attending regular peer review meetings and consultations, which serve to enhance the quality of care provided.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and resources within the community that can aid in their journey towards recovery.

• Managing a diverse and full caseload, ensuring prompt and effective treatment delivery while adhering to ethical standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically in providing psychotherapy services.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging between USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, our benefits package includes:
