I’m partnering with a well-established recruiting business that continues to grow and is looking to add an experienced 360 Recruiter to the team. This is a strong opportunity for someone already running a full desk who wants more support but also more autonomy, and the chance to build something long-term within a highly active life sciences market. The business already has an established client base across biotech, pharma, and medical devices, along with strong delivery support and leadership that understands the agency world. They’re looking for someone who enjoys the commercial side of recruitment, can build relationships naturally, and wants the freedom to grow their own market without heavy micromanagement. What You’d Be Doing Running a full 360 desk across both business development and recruitment delivery Winning new business while also growing existing client relationships Building long-term partnerships within biotech, pharma, and medical device organizations Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client intake through placement What They’re Looking For 3+ years of 360 recruitment experience within a staffing/recruitment agency Life sciences recruitment experience strongly preferred Proven track record of billings, client development, and consistent performance What’s On Offer Uncapped commission structure Existing accounts and client relationships to build from Clear growth path and opportunity to progress internally Strong market reputation and established presence within life sciences recruitment If you’re currently running a full desk within agency recruitment and open to hearing about a strong growth opportunity in Boston, feel free to reach out for a confidential conversation. #J-18808-Ljbffr Paul Bridges Group
