The role
We are looking for ambitious individuals to join our growing sales organization as an Entry Level Client Scheduling Specialist .
You do not need previous insurance experience. We provide training, mentorship, and ongoing development to help you understand the industry, strengthen your sales skills, and build confidence with clients. You will speak with prospective clients, understand their health coverage needs, explain available options, and help them identify suitable solutions.
This is a performance-driven opportunity for someone who enjoys setting goals, working with people, and seeing their effort directly impact their earning and career potential.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Connect with prospective clients and discuss their health coverage needs
- Explain available health insurance options clearly and professionally
- Follow up with leads and manage your sales pipeline
- Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Maintain accurate client records and follow compliance procedures
- Take part in regular sales, product, and professional development training
- Work toward individual and team performance goals

Previous sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required.
An active health insurance license is preferred but not essential. If you are not licensed, you must be willing and eligible to complete the required licensing before conducting insurance sales.
