You will manage access, monitor entry activity, assist with visitor procedures, communicate clearly, and help address security-related concerns. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thu 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You\'ll Do Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and clients at the front desk of a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies. Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor and access records. Answer incoming calls, provide directions and information, and route visitors and inquiries to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures. Observe front desk activity and report suspicious activity, access concerns, and security-related incidents to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
