Amazon Retail Development Coordinator

Responsibilities and duties:

• Work collaboratively with direct manager to support day-to-day management and execution of Amazon's retail strategies and programs.
• Assist in developing retail initiatives across Paramount's portfolio of brands and franchises, working closely with internal teams, licensees, retailers, and external partners.
• Partner with licensees to collect, organize, and maintain product information, including accurate ASIN setup, product listings, availability, launch timing, and promotional participation.
• Maintain and regularly update product trackers, retail assortments, sales reports, marketing calendars, and other key planning documents.
• Facilitate onboarding and whitelisting of licensed partners through the Amazon Brand Registry portal in coordination with Legal to support authorized wholesale distribution
• Monitor product availability and retail execution across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, identifying gaps, opportunities, and areas requiring follow-up.
• Support the development of franchise and retail-specific programs, including exclusive product assortments, seasonal initiatives, tentpole moments, and new content launches.
• Assist with retail marketing programs, including coordinating product submissions, creative assets, promotional details, and campaign timelines across internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail Marketing, LOB (Line of Business) Licensing Teams, Franchise, Data Analytics, and Creative to ensure programs are executed accurately and on schedule.
• Help prepare retailer presentations, business recaps, assortment overviews, and internal strategy materials.
• Conduct competitive and marketplace research to identify relevant retail, consumer, product, and marketing trends.
• Coordinate meetings with internal teams, licensees, and retail partners, including preparing agendas, capturing key takeaways, and following up on action items.
• Provide general administrative and project management support to the Retail Development team as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in the licensing industry
• 1-2 years working directly with Amazon Retail platforms (preferably with Amazon Brand Registry, Amazon Ads, Seller Central, and Vendor Central)
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal and external partners.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to independently follow through on projects and action items
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote)
